1) REVISION POLICY

Uberwebdesigning will provide unlimited free revisions to a customer’s web design/project, in about a week, without any additional charges provided that the web design and project concept remain the same. 

 

2) TURN AROUND TIME

Uberwebdesigning has a 1 -4 week turnaround time for most web design services. This period is not the complete time from start to finish for a project, but only the turnaround time for the first design framework. Uberwebdesigning also has the following turnaround time for these projects:

a) Content Writing: 4 to 14 days depending on the topic and content length

b) On-Page SEO: 1 to 2 days per posts

c) Off-page Seo: 1 to 4 weeks per order. 

d) Website speed optimization under 5 minutes load time: 3 to 7 days

 

3) REFERRER’S FEE 

Uberwebdesigning will pay both the referer and referees $50 each when the referee indicates the name of the referer to us.

 

4) OUR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE / REFUND POLICY

Refunds do not apply to a customer approved initial web design concept, or to a requested change that is different from the initial design concept, unless Uberwebdesigning cancels or terminates the job due to contract breach or for non-performance. 

All Refunds Are Subject To These Conditions:

A) Approved web design/project or a requested changes to the initial web designs /project voids any refund request.

 

 B) Full refund requested before the delivery of the initial web design /project is subject to less than 10% service & processing fee.

 

C) Full refund request within 48 hours of the web design/project is subject to a 66% refund.

 

D) Refund requested 2 to 5 days of the initial web design/project delivery is subject to 33% refund

 

E) No refund will be given after 5 days of the initial design/project delivery. But do contact us regarding any of your revision concerns.

 

F) No refund will be given after 30 days of inaction on the customer’s part, as all design/project jobs require feedback from the customers to get the desired results.

 

G) No refund will be given after the delivery of the final web design/ project files.

 

F) No refund will be given after the website has been deployed live.

 

G) The above refund policy is also applicable to single or multiple ordered package services.

 

H) A valid reason must be met to justify a refund request, which primarily includes not designing the concept according to specification, or completing a project as requested. However, further revisions will be provided until the customer is fully satisfied.

 

Our money-back guarantee is based on sincerity on both the part of the customer and Uberwebdesigning. And as such, Uberwebdesigning will not entertain any refund request from dubious customers, who for example, placed design orders with more than one design agency to claim a refund.

 

Very Important: 

Uberwebdesigning has the right to reject or cancel a project contract at any time necessary. And the web design/project, After a refund has been processed, will become the sole property of Uberwebdesigning.

 

Services not related to what a customer ordered is not, under any circumstances, entitled to any refunds, as they are not covered under our 100% money-back guarantee. However, Uberwebdesigning may choose to offer a partial refund after careful review of the complaints. 

 

5) HOW TO ClAIM A REFUND

Customers can use any of these contacts to pursue an official refund claim 

 

6) CLIENT PORTAL

a) The client portal is another convenient way to communicate, sign a contract, and make payments for a project. 

 

b) It is the sole responsibility of the project owner to check the portal to address any queries, concerns, or additional instructions required by the designer. 

 

c) Not checking or using the portal frequently shall not provide a customer the adequate grounds for a refund. 

 

d) We recommend that clients contact Uberwebdesigning at any time if unsure about how to use the portal.

 

7) COMMUNICATION POLICY

A client’s written communications sent, back and forth, via the portal area or through the Uberwebdesigning official Emails will be considered the only forms of valid communication on a project, and we will take full responsibility for all the information provided via the Uberwebdesigning domain.

 

Uberwebdesigning will not be held responsible for any damages, issues, or delays due to communication sent via other methods not provided in the above paragraph.

 

8) QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY/ SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Uberwebdesigning will do its utmost to meet your requirements and fulfill your web design or product expectations, as we believe in providing the best web designs/products that are well-researched and crafted.

 

9) CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION

A) Uberwebdesigning will not be responsible for creating or populating content, for example, text posts/Images to a website, unless it is part of the signed contract, purchased exclusively by the client. In which case, Uberwebdesigning will populate the website with content created for the client, including using stock images

 

B) Uberwebdesigning will not be responsible in any way or form for any similarities between images used on the site that may be similar to other websites.

 

C) Uberwebdesigning will also populate the client’s website with products and product details that are provided by the clients.

 

D) A client’s image will be modified via photoshopping tools when requested in the contract.

 

E) All written articles will be checked for plagiarism, will be given to the client, or posted for them on their platform. This will all depend on the contract.

 

10) RECORD MAINTENANCE

Uberwebdesigning keeps the records of final web designs so that clients, in the case of any misplaced file, will be provided an exact file copy.

 

11) CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our customer support team is present online, Monday – Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT, to answer all of your concerns and queries over the phone. 

 

All after business hours concerns and queries need to be emailed via the client’s portal or Uberwebdesigning official email and will be responded to as soon as possible, at most within 24hours.

 

12) TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

Uberwebdesigning is primarily a web design service and design consultancy provider. We will design and develop the service that a client requested. 

 

But on many occasions, our packages and services purchased will include technical aspects. And so, to help the client, Uberwebdesigning will provide the basic information regarding the settings required to make those services work. 

 

Uberwebdesigning will not be responsible for providing detailed training or installations of said services on the customer’s website unless stipulated in the contract. 

 

But such services that we offer, if stipulated in the contract, may include but are not limited to:

 

A) Website Deployment:

i) Uberwebdesigning will deploy the client’s website on the recommended hosting platform.

 

ii) A hosting server provided by the customer, which was purchased from a third party.

 

iii) If the website is hosted on a third-party web server, purchased by the customer, Uberwebdesigning will not be held responsible for any type of server or hosting related issues. 

 

There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the client and Uberwebdesigning in terms of technical assistance or service outage unless purchased separately as an ongoing maintenance service.

 

Uberwebdesigning will not be responsible for training clients in the said Website Content Management System.

 

B) Emails Setup

Uberwebdesigning will provide the customer, when requested, with the necessary settings and information to install email on their website. Or we can install it for the client if stipulated in the signed contract.

 

Uberwebdesigning will not be responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting errors on email usage.

 

Uberwebdesigning will not be held responsible in any way for customer’s failure to execute, install, or learn the usage of the above-said services, as the responsibilities for those lie with the customer.

 

13) DELIVERY POLICY

Uberwebdesigning will inform customers of their project completion, and the web design/project files could either be uploaded to the client’s host company or sent to the client’s portal on or before the date as stipulated on the contract/order confirmation. Uberwebdesigning will also send a confirmation email to that effect.

 

The turnaround time will depend on the package, with the minimum time required is about seven (7) business days.

 

Websites will only be published live for demonstration and permanently live when all payments have been cleared.

14) WEB DESIGN /PRODUCT OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

The final web designs/products provided, by Uberwebdesigning, to the client is based on a written request of finalization by the client. 

 

And upon finalizing the contract, the client will receive all the final design files with 100% ownership. This finalization means that the client is free to use the web design/project as they see fit.

 

The client shall not, however, own any materials, media, or other content generated during the revision cycles leading up to the final product.

 

15) N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT POLICY

Uberwebdesigning will not disclose/share customers’ information regarding their project or contact details with anyone. The client’s person and project information is kept confidential at all points.

 

Both parties, Uberwebdesigning, and the client, once the project has been successfully completed, agree not to intentionally defame or otherwise disparage each other to anyone regarding matters arising after project completion.
